Creveti in general se gãsesc congelati,intregi, decorticati sau chiar amestecati cu fructe de mare.Sunt de mai multe mãrimi,pt aceastã retetã am folosit creveti intregi medii congelatii si crevetii proaspeti aici se numesc Carabineiros sau Scarlet prowns,au o culoare deosebitã un rosu inchis,acestia sunt foarte scumpi un kg. costã incepând de la 70€ in sus,pe când cei congelati se gãsesc la 6€ pe kg.
Bucãtar si de data asta este Leon:))mie imi rãmâne spãlatul vaselor...
Fiecare crevete din cei congelati se cresteazã cu cutitul incepând de sub cap pãnã la coadã,se pune intreg pe grill.Când este gata se pune in sosul fierbinte de unt(vezi reteta Sea Bass la grill)si se mai lasã putin sã fiarbã in sos.Se serveste imediat!
Creveti proaspeti sunt mari,au fost tãiati in douã si pusi pe grill,cine vrea poate sã ii condimenteze cu piper si suc de lãmâie.Se scot de pe grill,se aseazã pe farfuria de servit si se toarnã sos de unt peste.Deasupra se pune verdeata tocatã.Se servesc cu orez african in majoritatea restaurantelor cu specific pescãresc,si obligatoriu cu sosul de piri piri!:))
