<b>* </b>Biscuiti se macinã cu ajutorul roboului si se amestecã cu untul.<br />
O formã cu pereti detasabili se tapeteazã cu hârtie vegetalã, si se aranjeazã deasupra blatul de biscuiti. Dã la rece.<br />
<i><b>THERMOMIX: </b>Cântãreste biscuiti si programeazã <b>6 secunde/ viteza 9.</b>Adaugã untul si programeazã <b>20 secunde / viteza 6.</b></i><br />

<i><b>**</b></i>Bate friscã smântâna si amestecã cu mascarpone si laptele condensat, foile de gelatinã care au fost lãsate la hidratat se scurg si se topesc pe baie de aburi sau in microunde cateva secunde; se adaugã încet peste cremã si se amestecã bine. Toarnã jumãtate peste blatul de biscuiti si acoperã cu un strat de cirese, apoi restul de cremã; dã la rece cel putin 3 ore.<br />

<i><b>THERMOMIX:</b> În paharul curat pune smântâna si fluturasul si programeazã <b>2 minute/ viteza 3,5</b>; adaugã mascarpone si laptele condensat si bate încã <b>30 secunde/ viteza 3,5, </b>prin gaura de la pahar adaugã gelatina topitã.</i><br />

<i><b>**Demolhe as folhas de gelatina na água fria, escorra-as e derrta-as na microondas sem deixar de ferver. Bata as natas ( 2 min/ vel 3,5)adicione o mascarpone e o leite condensado e misture bem ( 30 sec/ vel 3,5 e verta a gelatina pelo bocal de tampa) adicione a gelatina e misture bem.</b></i><br />
<i><b>Deite na forma metade, por cima espalhe cerejas e cobra com outra metade de creme; leve ao frio solidificar. </b> </i><br />

<b>* </b>Mango se decojeste, taie cuburi si se paseazã cu blenderul<b> , </b>apoi se amestecã cu zahãrul si zahãrul vanilat ; eu am pus lapte condensat in loc.<br />
<br />
* Ananasul se taie bucãti iar sucul se pune intr-un bol separat; am pregãtit o formã de 20 cm cu pereti detasabili pe care am tapetat-o cu hârtie de copt ( forma aqm uns-o întâi cu ulei).<br />
Piscoturilor le-am tãiat un capãt si le-am dat prin suc, apoi le-am aranjat in jurul formei cu capãtul tãiat in jos, restul de piscoturi le-am pus la mijloc. Pune bucãtile de ananas.<br />
Dacã nu ajunge sucul din compot, foloseste ce ai la indemânã :)<br />
<br />
* Se bate frisca cu o lingurã suc de lãmâie si la urmã se pune o lingurita de zahãr vanilat, adaugã mango amestecat cu laptele condensat, crema de brânzã; foile de gelatinã care au fost lãsate la hidratat se scurg bine, si se pun la microunde cateva secunde sa se topeasca ( nu sa fiarbã!!!), se pun peste amestecul anterior. Amestecã totul bine si toarnã în formã.<br />
Se dã la rece pânã la sevire.<br />
Din pãcate nu am pregãtit glazura dar vã las mai jos pasi, folositi in reteta originalã.<br />
<br />
<b> Glazura: </b>Din 500 ml de lichid amestecat cu 100 gr zahãr si 2 picuri gelee. Conform indicatiilor de pe plic se fierbe usor 1 min si se lasã 4 min la rãcit, se toarnã peste fructul de mango cuburi si se dã la rece.<br />

Este unul din deserturile mele favorite din copilãrie, chiar ultima oarã când am fost în România primul meu desert in cofetãrie a fost savarinã, bine însiropatã :)<br />

<b>Preparare:</b><br />
<br />
<b>* </b>Peste laptele cãldut se pune zahãrul si drojdia.<br />
<b>* </b>Într-un bol se pune fãina, iar peste se toarnã laptele, apoi ouãle si uleiul.<br />
* Se amestecã totul bine cu ajutorul unei spatule de plasic, la urmã se adaugã sarea.<br />
* Se acoperã bolol cu film de plastic si se lasã 30 min la loc cald sã creascã.<br />
* Formele se ung cu ulei si pudreazã cu fãinã ( formele pot fi cele pt muffins de metal sau silicon, sau forme pt. minichecuri dantelate).<br />
* Cu ajutorul a douã lingurite se ia din aluat si se pune în forme, umpli cam treisfert de formã. Se lasa in forme sã creascã din nou cca 30 min.<br />
* Dã la copt pânã se rumenesc.<br />
* Între timp pune apa cu zahãrul la foc mic, pânã se dizolvã zahãrul si ia de pe foc. Pune rom dupã plac.<br />
* Savarinele se scot din formã si se lasã sã se rãceascã complect, la fel si siropul.<br />
* La fiecare savarinã i se taie un cãpãcel dar nu de tot, si se scufundã în sirop. Mie mi le plac bine însiropate, asa cã le tin mult cât simt cã sunt grele.<br />
* În posh se pune frisca si se umplu savarinele, deasupra se ung cu jeleu sau dulceatã.<br />
<br />
<b>Frisca:</b><br />
Când am plecat din România si am început de la 0 aici, in afarã de limbã , mia fost foarte greu cu mâncarea si produsele. Referitor la friscã cumpãram cele mai scumpe mãrci si nu eram multumitã de rezultat...o friscã cremoasã si nicidecum teapãnã!<br />
Smântâna de care avem nevoie trebuie sã aibã 35% grãsime, niciodatã mai putin si trebuie tinutã la rece cu cel putin o zi înainte, sau in cel mai rãu caz in congelator dar verifici ( o smântânã înghetatã nu va reveni la viatã !!!)<br />
Când pun smântâna la bãtut storc si 1 lingurã sau 2 de lãmâie, apoi bat. La urmã pun zahãrul pudrã.<br />
Frisca va iesi perfectã, nu are nevoie de întãritor. <br />

* Scoate si lasã-le sã rãceascã.<br />

Preparã crema asa : topeste ciocolata ruptã in bucãti, împreunã cu smântâna si câteva seminte de cardamom, ia deoparte.<br />

* Unge primul blat cu crema, acoperã cu celãlalt blat si imbracã tortul cu restul de cremã. Presarã din belsug granule de ciocolatã.<br />

* Pre-încãlzeste cuptorul la 160ºC si tapeteazã o formã de 25 pe 20 cm cu hârtie de copt.<br />

* Pune zahãrul, lãmâia si fãinile într-un bol, adaugã untul si lucreazã repede un aluat sfãrâmicios pe care il amesteci bine si îl aranjezi în tavã cu mâinile, întinde bine sã fie uniform si împunge cu furculita.<br />
<br />
* Dã la copt circa de 30 min sau pânã când devine usor auriu.<br />
<br />
<i>Pentru Caramel:</i><br />
<br />
<i>* </i>Pune untul, zahãrul , melasa si laptele condensat într-un recipient cu pereti grosi la foc mic, amestecã pânã se topeste zahãrul.Adu la punctul de fierbere amestecând tot timpul pânã ajunge la auriu palid pânã la auriul mai închis ( cu cât e mai închis la culoare va avea un gust mai intens de toffee si mai usor de tãiat).<br />
Nu lãsa sã se prindã de fundul cratitei sau sã se ardã! Ia de pe foc si încorporeazã lãmâia.<br />
<br />
* Întinde Toffee peste blatul rãcit si lasã deoparte.<br />
<br />
* Pune ciocolata la topit pe baie de aburi si la urmã adaugã lãmâia; pune deasupra cremei toffee si lasã la rece. Taie pãtrãtele.<br />

În penultima lunã a anului am avut onoarea sã gãzduiesc reteta dulce, ca ingrediente principale am ales laptele condensat si fructele de pãdure, preferatele mele. <br />

<b>PREPARARE:</b><br />
<br />
<b> * </b>Pune foile de gelatinã la hidratat în apã rece.<br />
<b>* </b>Bati frisca , si spre final adaugi laptele condensat + nessul si mixezi bine. La urmã scoti gelatina din apã si o pui circa de 8 secunde la microunde cât sã se topeascã, nu sã fiarbã!!! si adaugi la crema de lapte condensat, mixeazã bine.<br />
<br />
* Dai biscuiti prin cafea , si îi asezi în cerc pe o farfurie, eu am reusit sã asez 7 + 1 in mijloc.<br />
<br />
* Ungi cu crema de lapte condensat, treci alti 8 prin cafea......si tot asa pânã termini ingredientele; ultimul strat sa fie de cremã.<br />
Deasupra presari biscuiti mãcinati :)<br />

15 gr cacao <b>raspa de 1 clementina</b> <br />
50 gr migdale, alune sau nuci tocate <br />
coaja rasã de la o clementinã , portocalã sau lãmâie<br />
cacao sau zahãr pudrã pt. decor<br />

<b>PREPARARE</b><br />
<br />
* Mixeazã untul cu zahãrul si coaja de lãmâie; apoi fãina<b> </b> si cacao, la urmã migdalele si amestecã totul bine.<br />
<b>Bata a manteiga, raspa de clementina e o açúcar, junte a farinha, amêndoas e o cacau em pó.</b><br />
<br />
* Cu mâinile umede, pregãteste 16 bilute pe care le pui în tava de copt tapetatã cu hârtie vegetalã.<br />
<b>Com as mãos húmidas, faça 16 bolas e espalhe-as sobre o tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal, deixando algum espaço entre elas.</b><br />
<br />
* Cu ajutorul unei furculite aplatizeazã fiecare bilutã. Dã la copt circa de 20 min la 180ºC sau pânã când sunt coapte. Lasã-le sã se rãceascã si pudreazã-le cu zahãr sau cacao.<br />
<b>Achate cada bola com um garfo e leve ao forno cca de 20 min. ou até estejam estaladiças.</b><br />
<b>Deixe as bolachas 5 min. e depois transfira-as para uma rede até que arrefeçam completamente.</b><br />
<b>Polvilhe com cacau ou açúcar. </b> <br />
<br />
* Pot sta destul de mult timp într-un recipient ermetic ( cutie sau borcan).<br />
<br />
<b>PREPARARE THERMOMIX / BIMBY</b><br />
<br />
* Pune coaja de clementinã si zahãrul in pahar si programeazã 8 secunde / viteza 9.<br />
<b>* </b>Adaugã restul ingredientelor si programeazã 15 secunde / viteza 15.<br />
<b>Coloque no copo o açúcar e casca de 1 clementina</b> <b>, programe 8 sec/ vel 9.</b><br />
<b>Junte as restantes ingredientes e mistura 15 sec/ vel 6. </b><br />

Odatã cu concediu sa dus si " vrednicia " mea, ziua bântui noaptea stau pe net :))si vroiam sã incerc atãtea retete noi....de câteva zile am descoperit un site foarte util : <a href="http://www.foodpanda.ro/">http://www.foodpanda.ro/</a> , restaurante cu specific românesc si international ( chinez, italian, turcesc, libanez, mexican...) livreazã mâncarea la domiciliu fãrã nici o taxã ; poti vedea meniurile si preturile si comanda on line :) foarte util persoanelor cãrora nu le place sa gãteascã, celor care lucreazã multe ore sau atunci când avem poftã si nu avem chef sa plecãm de acasã :)<br />

* Adãugati bucãtile de cârnati si lãsati sã se prãjeascã bine, apoi restul de ulei , rosiile, porumbul si smântãna.<br />
* Condimentati si adãugati spaghetele stoarse bine; mai lãsati sã fiarbã câteva minute la foc mic ( nu uitati de sosul picant, acum e momentul!) si presãrati din belsug cu pãtrunjel si parmezan proaspãt ras , piper negru proaspãt mãcinat...<br />

Într-un timp vedeam peste tot retete cu levãnticã si eu cãutam prin toate magazinele si nu gãseam, tin nimte cã am sunat-o si pe sora-mea din Ro. sã îmi cumpere :)) dar am gãsit la o casã cu produse biologice si asa mi-am gãsit pacea :)<br />
Din levãnticã se face infuzie, e foarte bunã pt. persoanele care au probleme cu scãderea mare in greutate, dã poftã de mâncare si calmeazã sistemul nervos.<br />

<b>PREPARARE:</b><br />
<br />
<b>* </b>Pune apã si lapte la fiert împreunã cu 2 pumni de mãlai si sare.Când începe sã fiarbã se pune unt si brânza rasã. Amestecã foarte bine.<br />
<br />
* Unge o formã mare sau farfuri individuale cu unt, pune mãmãligã si fã cuiburi cu dosul unei linguri; in fiecare cuib pui putin unt si spargi câte un ou; presarã brânzã rasã si dã la cuptor pânã ouãle sunt întãrite.<br />
<br />
* Restul de brânzã se sparge cu furculita si se amestcã cu smântâna.<br />
* Am servit cu cârnati prãjiti si carne de pui prãjitã in vin.<br />

<b>2 peras sem casca, cortadas aos pedaços pequenos e limpas com papel de cozinha</b><br />

<b><span style="color: orange;"> <span style="color: black;">* </span></span></b><span style="color: orange;"><span style="color: black;">Pregãteste cuptorul la 200ºC, si formele pt muffins cu 12 forme de hârtie.</span></span><br />

Pune la încãlzit untul, si lasã sã se topeascã, continuã sã îl lasi pânã începe sã îsi schimbe culoarea spre maro auriu si începe sã miroase a prãjit.Ia de pe foc si adaugã uleiul,laptele si oul.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"><span style="color: black;">* Separat amestecã fãina cu praful de copt si zahãrul; trece bucãtile de pere prin acest amestec si scoate-le deoparte.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"><span style="color: black;">* Fã o gaurã în mijloc si toarnã usor ingredientele lichide, amestecã totul repede, adaugã perele si amestecã bine.</span></span><br />
<span style="color: orange;"><span style="color: black;">Împarte aluatul peste forme ( umple bine formele) si dã la copt pânã devin aurii, vor arãta un pic crãpate dar asa trebuie sa fie :) </span></span><b> </b><br />

<b>* Forre as forminhas para muffins com papel, e pre-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.</b><br />
<b>* Misture o leite com o açafrão. Leva derreter a manteiga e continua cozinhar até ganhar o cor castanho dourado e cheirar a tostado, retire e acrescente o óleo, o leite e o ovo.</b><br />
<b>* Á parte misture os ingredientes solidos e passa as peras e retira.</b><br />
<b>* Faça um buraco no meio e junte os ingredientes liquidos, mistura tudo rapido, acrescente as peras guardadas e mistura outra vez.</b><br />
<b>* Divida a massa pelas forminhas e leva cozer até dourar.</b><br />

O poti servi pudratã cu zahãr si fructe.<br />

E pentru prima oarã când gãtesc iepure; am cãutat prin multe retete ( net, reviste) nu de alta dar sa fie pe placul sotului ( cel mai mare critic al meu ever!!!) ; în final am întrebat un nenea portughez care este si patronul unui snack-food la care obisnuim sã bem cafeaua dimineata; e super de treabã si îmi place sã discut de ale gãtitului; tot de aici obisnuiesc sa cumpãr fructe si legume Bio, de la dânsul am si reteta de azi :) Eu nici mãcar nu am gustat din cauza prietenilor mei <strike>pisici</strike> , dar sotul a adorat preparatul; deci recomand :)<br />

vin rosu, sare de mare, piper negru, 1 ceapã mare tãiatã în 4, foi de dafin, 1 cãpãtânã mare de usturoi ( cãtei cu coajã se zdrobesc).<br />

* Iepurele se acoperã cu marinata; vinul sã acopere iepurele.<br />
* Acoperã cu folie si dã la frigider cel, putin jumãtate de zi.<br />
* Pune uleiul de mãsline la încintat, când e bine încãlzit pune la prãjit bucãtile ce carne bine scurse de marinatã, sã fie rumene pe ambele pãrti; apoi toarnã tot lichidul de marinatã , la fel si ingredientele solide; pune capac si lasã la redus.<br />
